To ensure this, we ask all passengers to adhere to our code of conduct while using our services.

  • What is expected of passengers?

    Passengers are expected to treat fellow travelers and staff with respect, maintain a clean environment, and follow all safety guidelines during their journey.
  • Are there any prohibited behaviors?

    Yes, behaviors such as harassment, excessive noise, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any passenger who violates these rules.
  • What should I do if I see inappropriate behavior?

    If you witness any inappropriate behavior, please report it to our staff immediately. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
  • Can I bring food and drinks on board?

    No, you cannot bring food and drinks, but please be considerate of others and clean up after yourself to maintain a pleasant environment.
